About Casey Wilkerson, MD
Wilkerson joined Downtown Women’s in November 2025 after moving across the country from California. She is passionate about providing women’s health care, with particular interests in fibroid management, contraception, and patient-centered obstetric care. She performs minimally invasive surgery at NYU and has a strong, long-standing enthusiasm for the operating room. Known for her warmth and compassion, Dr. Wilkerson is deeply committed to empowering patients to make informed decisions about their health and well-being.
Dr. Wilkerson grew up in Sacramento, CA. She graduated from UC Santa Barbara with a Biology degree, then went on to earn her medical degree from UC San Diego. While studying there, she was awarded by the American Medical Women’s Association for being one of the top women academically in her class. Finally, she completed her OB/Gyn residency at Adventist Health White Memorial in Los Angeles.
Dr. Wilkerson is excited to begin her career in New York and looks forward to caring for the women of this community.
