Dr. Beecher was born and raised in Albany, New York. She has a BS in Biology from Cedar Crest College and discovered her enjoyment of Obstetrics and Gynecology while attending medical school at Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine. She completed her residency in OB at Albany Medical Center. She moved to Long Island in 2020, where she lives with her husband and two cats. She enjoys the breadth of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and is particularly interested in Family Planning, care of LGBTQ+ patients, prenatal care, and preventive health/patient education. Outside of medicine, her interests range from fitness and martial arts, to cooking, to tabletop and computer games.
Dr. Beecher earned her degree from The Commonwealth Medical College and completed her residency at Albany Medical Center.
